This book contains information on nations established in the Pantheon of Gods event.

Solar Winds(Air/Light Civ)

The wind civilization was a settlement to the far south of the map, in the headwaters of the same river that flowed past the Mine Civ. Its inhabitants mainly believed in Callie, Goddess of the Air, and Sola, Goddess of Light. As the only civilization inhabited by two gods, it was an oddity among the other player groups. Its members played a decisive role in the formation of the United Pantheon and the killing of the Water God (Exiled_Abyss).

Faithful_Light Blacksmith, then Builder Entire Era. Originally a Blacksmith, but re-specialized to Builder when a new one was found
Continue_Phase Librarian Entire Era. Sentinel of Knowledge. Originally worshipped wind and brought the water worshippers he traveled with to the wind valley, suggesting the union Wind and Waves. Gentle_Sunshine Builder Daybreak Merger (Session 4), sporadically active until Session 14. Joined the Wind Civilization with the other members of Daybreak. Created the Temple of Sola, a ziggurat built around the very first Light shrine. Legend has it he was sacrificed and buried somewhere in the bowels of the temple at the end of Session 14.

History

The Air/Light Civ began with the first three Wind God worshippers (UPPERCASE_NAME, Mellow_Sunset, and Faithful_Light) searching the world for the highest peak from which to honor their god. They found this peak to the south of the world, overlooking a river valley with plentiful sugarcane growing along the riverbank. During the creation of a starter skybase, worshippers of the water god arrived and jump-started the settlement's farms; the settlement was therefore popularly known by the name "Wind and Waves" for a time. While Callie, the Wind God, had no complaints about a ditheistic civ, the Water God proved to be irritable and jealous. He abandoned the settlement for the northern reaches of the world and his people followed, leaving the settlement broken as the majority of its population had vanished. The saving grace for the valley came in the form of members of Daybreak, a six-person group seeking new living quarters. They worshipped Somber_Night, who claimed to be the fallen god of Light (and later ascended as the goddess Sola), and built their own shrine to the west of the main base while remaining on heartily friendly terms with their new wind-worshipping neighbors. The arrival of this group saved the civ from stagnation, and with continued improvements it became a hub of world travel.

Economy

Description of the nation's economy.

Culture

The people were so incredibly whimsical and fundamentally unserious, that they did not even have a member board, or a actual storage system until the arrival of Molten_Star, who took it upon themself to completely overhaul it. They also practically had no leader, with the closest thing to a leader being UPPERCASE_NAME, or the Gods Callie and Sola, but even then it was very highly decentralized in all aspects.

Lunaria

Lunaria is a nation in the spawn savannah devoted to worshipping Moon, Death, and Void. Being in the spawn region, it would be home to many players. Some staying permanently, some moving to other nations. It is also in between Water Civ to the south, Mine Civ to the west, and Wind Civ much further north which made it a perfect jumping off point to invade Water Civ. Lunaria however, was peaceful overall with the rest of the world despite getting couped from within at least twice.

Mine Civ | Earth Nation

Mine Civ was relatively small, starting out as a slightly raised skybase, later turned into a pretty floating pink cherry house. The base also had a stonebrick building in which the librarian and blacksmith work areas were located. Outside there was a medium shrine to mine god, featuring a pickaxe symbol. Toward the large river was the farms, animal pens and the farmers house. The Civ believed in the Mine God mainly, but it wasnt particularly centralized and a few people believed in other gods, but most of those moved.

History

Economy

Economy is an interesting word for a small civ with hard working individuals giving resources to the civ and getting those back in refined forms. If you wanna get analytical it could be called a form of tribal communism where every member helps the tribe and every member benefits. But there wasnt any particular structure or thought put in generally. If someone needed something it was given / attempted to be gathered.

The Civ struggled with food in the early sessions, Veiled Dungeon was farming well and expanding the farms but without carrots or potatoes it was a bit tough to get enough food, but the moment carrots and then potatoes were obtained (iirc by trade?) food production immediately vastly outpaced consumption.

Diamond armor was generally given to sentinels and apostles first because the threat of mobs was very small, and they were the only ones who could be attacked under the rules, but within about a session of the first diamond pieces being made, everyone was basically in full diamond armor. Visitors or friends were somewhat frequently given a set of diamond. Netherite was quite scarce, mined by celestial, manifested by mine god in boulders, or gifted by the generous Faithful Aether / Heart of Pyros the Fire Civ. Celestial stopped mining around session 13 because it was simply no longer required, having mined 23 ancient debris and 300 diamond ore, most with fortune 3. Toward the end of the sessions tripping crafted a netherite block, and was wearing full netherite armor.

Culture

In the mid / early late sessions there was a joke / strategy to ask those who came to mine civ to sacrifice themselves to mine god, because mine god had the ability to spawn ores, specifically diamonds, but at a cost. So a few people took the deal, giving mine god enough power to spawn a diamond boulder which would be mined with a fortune 3 pickaxe, giving the brave sacrifice about 24 diamonds.

History

Be ready, it's a really long story.....

The story of the Fire civ is not starting during the session 1 but during the session 2. A group of people praying for the Life god were leaving the spawn area to find the perfect place to start a new civilization, however during the traveling a mysterious red, orange et yellow god appear infront of us, helping us during the night and claiming to know a place where to live. But the people from the group didn't want to listen and to follow this mysterious god, they already knew where to live and who to follow, however 3 members wanted to trust this god and wanted to find this paradise.
After arriving to this place the mysterious god present himself, claiming to be the Fire God. Faithful_Heart, Warming_Aether and Crimson_Pearl started to pray the fire and to follow the path of the flame.
The beginning of the civilization was not easy at all, create a civilization with 3 people is not something everyone can do, but we did it, we took time and a lot of energy and with the help of our God we manage to grow up and to finally have a proper civilization at the eyes of the other civilization. We mainly focus our effort on grindings materials and food, and not really the building, we didn't have enough player to have full time builder.
Because we were really far from almost everyone ( being at the world border ) people didn't know where we were and who was in the civilization but this far distance from everyone granted us security and peace ( until a moment ).After gathering enough ressource to get almost a full iron set for everyone our leaders started to talk to other civilization to make them know who we were, however doing that had led us to a terrible evenement.
After finally being able to live without danger we got attacked by the Ocean god with huge water pillar around our base, we saw that clearly as an attack from the Ocean Civilization and after an advice from Igneous_Dawn we started gear up to be ready in case the Ocean Civilization wanted to attacked us. Like always our God was right, because not a long time after we saw an little army of player lead by a player named Golden_Pearl claiming they were here to kill our god, they started talk about their vision of the other gods and their will to kill every single god. But our civilization and our leader being fellow followers of Igneous_Dawn stated that if they really wanted to kill our god they will have to kill us first, after those word the axe of Golden_Pearl sank into Faithful_Heart flesh, and like this the first Fire Civilization war just started...

History

It all started at an island at spawn, near what now is Moon Civ or Lunaria. Everyone was struggling to survive, with no knowledge of which Gods roamed the land. Their main focus was to stay alive and find out more information. Everyone prayed to different words except a few which started to pray to Light, such as Molten_Star and Windy_Whisper. A few started to worship fire, summoning fire rings around the base, or the Earth god, who summoned boulders with ore for them to mine. Eventually everyone pieced together that the Light god was probably the same as the Life and Nature god, which put them in a difficult spot as the Moon worshippers lived nearby, and it was safe to assume the Moon and Death gods were the same. It also wasn't safe to live in spawn. It was decided the best course of action would be to find a better place to live and so the life civ went on a journey to find their home. They boated across the sea and eventually stumbled across a desert. There the Fire God manifested and claimed to know of a prosperous land. Only 3 people followed him and those were the ones who would eventually form Pyros. The rest of the group went looking for a more hospitable place, landing on a cliff side next to a jungle.

And so, the Life Civ started out as a skybase over the sea, going out during the day to progress their classes and returning at night to hide from the mobs. They prayed day and night for Life, for Light, and for Bees. Eventually, they were informed that their god was ready to manifest himself. This lead to the construction of a small altar made up of azalea bushes, flowers, and birch and jungle logs. After joining together in prayer, their god revealed himself as Verdant_Pulse, the god of Life, Light, and Nature, and began summoning animals and plants for the civ to farm. At the beginning of session 3, Verdant_Pulse would change their name to be more fitting of their godly nature, renaming themselves as the Shepherd of Souls, or just Soul Shepherd for their username.

The civ then expanded thanks to the hard work of many people and our resources were always growing due to the constant healing from Soul, and later from Arcane_Light who had become his apostle, without the need of spending resources on a healer leading to a lot of development. This constant gain of XP lead to rapid growth, with the primary bottleneck being food and infrastructure, as the land had yet to be secured with mob-proof walls and floors.

Windy_Whisper would then the Main Building, where the blacksmith, builders, healers and food storage would move in to, and on upper levels built rooms for beds and a new throne big chair for Soul_Shepherd. At the same time, Frost_Frost started building the Main Altar and Spacious Astral began construction of the first mob-proof walls and floors of the civ, allowing for greater safety at night. Eventually the main blacksmith, Molten_Star, left to go with they Daylight people shortly after Sola's ascension into godhood, since Molten had been praying to Light this whole time and wanted to follow their true god. Ghostly_Path would go on to become the new blacksmith.

The civ would primarily grow in isolation, with little contact from the other civs, relying on the few travellers passing through for information. This would remain so until rumours of a conflict between the Ocean civ and Fire civ reached the people of the life civ, causing Spacious_Astral to begin travelling to gather information in session 8. They would not return until the end of session, in which they shared what they had gathered from the other civs, that the water civ had attacked and killed the fire apostle, and that a tri-civ alliance called the United Pantheon (UP) had formed together between the Earth, Wind, and Moon civs, and attacked the water civ, killing their sentinels and apostles.

The civ was always peaceful and neutral, avoiding the conflict until the Water God, Exiled Abyss, announced their hostility towards the other Gods of every civ, starting with the sudden rise of the tides nearby several civs, causing the civ to begin arming up to defend themselves, waiting for information on the development of the conflict.

The civ armed their fighters Arcane_Light, Relative_World, Gentle_Concord and Fluffy_World with good enough gear, until the Pyros nation leader Faithful_Hearth offered help in exchange of the use of our librarian. Fluffy_World decided to accept their help and give them whatever they wanted, in exchange Faithful rewarded the civ by gearing most of our fighters with netherite and diamond armor, creating an alliance between the civs and a trading route from the mutual sympathy of their "leaders" and the common goal of killing the Water God.

During the war, the civ got attacked two times by the Water God: In which the first time flooded the sugar cane farms, and in the second attack the entire main building got flooded, ruining the entrance; thankfully the civ never got attacked by the Water God disciples. The Hive later helped with supplies, especially level 5 blessed food, sugar cane and food for the war, other than its fighters. After the war the nation kept being allies with the fire nation and kept expanding, remaining neutral until the end.

Economy

No real economy, many trades were made with Pyros. Many trades were also made between Soul_Shepherd and Callie.

Culture

The main culture was the worship of the God of Life Soul_Shepherd, but also the worship of bees: Soul took the symbolic place of "Queen bee" and Arcane_Light wrote "The Beeble".
Also many bee puns were often made.
