Stairway to heaven

Stairway to Heaven was a civilization identified by the staircase leading up to a multi-tiered skybase. They were one of the slowest civilizations when it came to progression, with most members not focusing on gearing up. A lot of unintentional intraclass competition was common here, the most infamous example being the blacksmith conflict. This was likely due to the civ's proximity to a spawnpoint. Stairway to Heaven would be the first civilization to successfully declare a conflict ticket to kill one of its own members, Whispering_Sun.
