About
Tender_Aether was the secondary leading figure of Stairway to Heaven. She made herself core to the development of her nation by ousting the other blacksmith from their role, and later becoming their core healer. This conflict is notable as the first inter-player conflict in an event on Era of Civilization.
History
Tender_Aether joined Stairway to Heaven in it's inception stage, helping the nation grow from the humble skybase to the secondary platform. As a staircase was built to reach the secondary platform, Tender was present during the decision to make the name "Stairway to Heaven" official. Tender would become close allies with the leader of the civilization, Dreaded_Dust as they recognized each other from a prior event. This led to her becoming the civilization's unofficial secondary leader.
Tender_Aether and Dreaded_Dust would muse about the idea of conflict to the concern of other members of the civilization. Tender created a "murder plank" on the sky platform in the hopes to use it one day.
Through her growing influence in the nation, Tender monopolized the flow of resources to her blacksmith smithy where she made tools and armor for the civilization, her primary friends were Shadowed_Burn, a miner and Unknown_Warden who cut down the trees. This put her at odds with Whispering_Sun, another blacksmith who also utilized a great amount of resources in the nation. With a growing desire to become the only blacksmith, Tender was able to successfully file a conflict ticket to exile Whispering_Sun from Stairway to Heaven. They filed this ticket through the premise that Whispering_Sun was only able to reside in the nation without permission or fear of retaliation. This ticket was also boosted through reports from other players that Whispering_Sun had allegedly stolen their resources without asking.
Following next session, a manhunt for Whispering_Sun was conducted by Tender, Dreaded, Shadowed_Burn, Unknown_Warden and Final_Dirt. However, they were unable to find him for many sessions. Whispering_Sun would be hidden inside the Stairway civilization and then make their way into the nether, never to be found again. This resulted in a success for Tender in the conflict ticket as their goal was to exile Whispering_Sun.
As the only blacksmith in the civilization, Tender held an important role until she died, to which she reclassed to healer. Ironically, this resulted in a period of stagnation of resource development for Stairway as they lost both their vital blacksmiths.
Tender would later attend the first political wedding at Stairway, as well as present the award for the "Best Build" at the 1st Era Awards Contest.
